Hildebrand Farms Dairy has been family-owned and operated since 1930. Our Farm Store is located right where the magic happens—on our working dairy farm! When you visit, you’re not just shopping local; you’re supporting generations of dairy farming tradition.




Did you know our milk is bottled right here on the farm in our signature reusable glass bottles. This keeps it fresher, colder, and better-tasting than milk in plastic or cartons. Taste the difference in every sip!

A True Taste of Kansas

We love sharing the best of what Kansas has to offer. Just a short drive west of Junction City and close to Fort Riley, our Farm Store provides fun for the family. Shop our selection of our signature glass-bottled milk, locally raised meat, gourmet cheeses, free-range eggs, refreshing ice cream and a variety of Kansas produced dry goods. 

Visitors are encouraged to view the processing plant, enjoy free samples of our milk and sneak a peek at the baby calves. While shopping, consider giving the gift of Kansas and browse our selection of sauces, honey, dip mixes and lavender products all produced locally.

Hildebrand Farm Tours Returning Soon.

 Visit the Farm Store and taste our delicious soft-serve ice cream, available in cups or cones. Our soft-serve ice cream is made with our fresh milk and cream, all-natural cane sugar and pure flavoring. You'll love the rich creamy texture of this summer treat that will have you coming back for more.

Tours are currently paused as we focus on exciting expansion efforts—including the installation of our new robotic milkers! We anticipate resuming tours in early summer.
